From where can I download an upgrade to birdJam Maker or how do I replace birdJam Maker if my computer crashes?

Go to www.birdjam.com/upgrade. 

You'll need your birdJam account email address and birdJam Maker serial number. 

If you don't have these, please send an email via our support page and let us know under what name your copy of birdJam Maker was ordered so we can find and send your serial number to you.
