birdJam Maker won't accept my serial number; what's wrong?

The birdJam Maker serial numbers are very specific and must be entered exactly as shown.  Here are some suggestions if you are having a problem:

1.  Verify that you are entering the correct serial number.
2.  Verify that you are entering it exactly as shown including capitalization and spacing.
3.  Verify thqt there are no extra spaces before or after the serial number
4.  Check to make sure that there are no extra characters in the serial box that you can't see (scroll over the make sure)
