How many computers and iPods can I load from one copy of birdJam Maker?

Permitted birdJam License Uses and Restrictions

A birdJam License allows you to install and use three copies of the MIGHTYJAMS Software on computers in a single household. This License does not allow the MIGHTYJAMS Software to exist on more than three computers at a time, and you may not make the MIGHTYJAMS Software available over a network where it could be used by multiple computers not in the same household. You may make two copies of the MIGHTYJAMS Software in machine-readable form for backup purposes only; provided that the backup copies must include all copyright or other proprietary notices contained on the original.

A birdJam License allows you to load up to three iPods or other MP3 devices with the MIGHTYJAMS Software, provided all the devices are loaded from computers in the same household and all the devices are owned by the same family residing in one household. If you are loading iPods or other MP3 devices for a business, you must own a separate copy of the MIGHTYJAMS Software for each device loaded.

Except as and only to the extent permitted in this License and by applicable law, you may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the MIGHTYJAMS Software or any part thereof.

Photographs and sound recordings included with MIGHTYJAMS Software are owned by the respective photographers and are licensed to MIGHTYJAMS. You have the right to use the photos in iTunes and on your iPod or other MP3 device.
