It is supposed to update both Eastern and Western bird songs since I bought the Eastern and Western version of birdJam Maker.


Solution:

Verify that your serial number is entered correctly. A partially correct serial number could result in birdJam Maker only updating Eastern or Western bird songs instead of both regions.

Note that immediately after you input your serial number and then press OK, the message at the top of the birdJam Maker window should indicate that either Eastern or Western or Eastern AND Western version is installed.]]> Wed, 23 Apr 2008 01:33:13 +0000
